I am the luckiest
man alive

Because I can go to the stadium to sing

cheer and support my team, along with the rest of the Steaua fans.

Because I have a wonderful girlfriend by my side

who makes me wake up with joy every morning.

Because I can practise the sport I love

along with my other friends at the Kempo Shin Dojo club.

Even if 5 years ago my car looked like this.

A pile of metal, which put me and my girlfriend Alice in a coma.

When I woke up, life wasn’t the same anymore.

Nothing was easy. Not even the most common gestures: going to the bathroom, getting dressed, bathing...

I was on the verge of giving up.

I felt I had nothing to fight for anymore. I kept asking “why” had this happened to me, why me...

Until I realised how lucky I was

...for not dying in that accident and for being given a chance that others hadn’t received.

Even without my legs, I decided to walk further

...to get back to the things I loved and to create the first gallery of fans in wheelchairs – “Special Boys”, with whom I go to every match.

I continued to go on tour

...and enjoy every achievement of my team, whether it was Steaua or the Kempo team.

I continued
to go out

...and enjoy every moment I have with Alice. And I dream that one day I will be able to walk her down the aisle on my own two feet.

Today I am one step away from walking again.

With the help of your donations, I managed to raise almost 60,000 euro and to find in Germany a pair of prosthesis within this price, almost 3 times smaller than the initial amount!

I successfully began the process of fitting the prosthesis at the S. Merzendorfer clinic in Germany and I’m looking forward to the next sessions.

There’s still a long road ahead. But I hope we’ll walk on it together.

There are many other sessions and visits to be made at the German clinic before I’m back on my feet and any kind of support will mean the world to me. The transportation and housing costs will rise to nearly 15.000 euro, but I hope you’ll be by my side again and that together we’ll manage to raise this amount, little by little.

Every donation gets me one step closer to a new life, one that for now I can only dream of.

I can’t wait to carry my children one day, to dance with my loved one at our wedding, to walk to a football match with my buddies.

With your support, I can walk again!
